		<description>No .... it seems increasingly likely that old cards can not be brought back to life where the user has a DSi with firmware at 1.4 or above. It appears that the boot code would need to be updated and apparently this cannot be done with a simple download. 

However, the new R4i manufactured since .... and available from R4i.co.uk ...  are definitely now compatible with the Nintendo v1.4 firmware.</description>
