There are reports that a patch is available for the Acekard2i (also available from R4i.co.uk) which enables it to work on firmware 1.4 but I am unable to confirm that at present. It really is advisable to reject updates on the DSi at present in order to enjoy the R4i adapter to it's full. Unfortunately, no news at present.
